Bothive is more than a tool; it is a global collaborative effort to build robust, ethical AI automation. To ensure a professional and safe environment, we enforce the following Code of Conduct across all public repositories, community forums, and Hive Store interactions.
1. THE "PROFESSIONALISM FIRST" MANDATE
We require all developers and users to interact with dignity and respect. We prioritize:
- Inclusivity: Using welcoming language and showing empathy toward differing viewpoints.
- Constructive Discourse: Focusing on code and technical architecture rather than personal attributes or perceived skill levels.
- Integrity: Attributing code correctly and respecting the licensing terms of HiveLang templates.
2. UNACCEPTABLE CONDUCT
The following behaviors result in immediate expulsion from the community spaces:
- Harassment: Sustained disruption of threads, personal attacks, or unwelcome sexual attention.
- Doxing: Publishing another user's private information (PII) or physical location.
- Marketplace Sabotage: Knowingly publishing non-functional or malicious Agents with the intent to harm the reputation of the Hive Store.
- Impersonation: Claiming to be an official Bothive moderator, employee, or a recognized community contributor without authorization.
3. AGENTIC ETIQUETTE
When developing community agents, authors must ensure their agents do not exhibit bias or generate toxic output. While we recognize that LLMs have inherent unpredictability, authors are responsible for implementing safety system prompts that align with these community values.
4. REPORTING PROTOCOL
If you witness a violation of these standards, reports should be sent to safety@bothive.com. All reports will be treated with confidentiality.
5. ENFORCEMENT LEVELS
- Warning: For minor infractions related to etiquette.
- Temporary Ban: For repeated minor infractions or first-time moderate infractions.
- Permanent Expulsion: For harassment, doxing, or malicious agent deployment.
